Are you working out every day and not reaching your goals? Have you reached a plateau? Are you new to working out and unsure where to start? Our certified wellness trainers are here to help you with your fitness journey. We have two options for you to train with a trainer: in-person or virtually. Your trainer will meet with you to assess your current levels of physical fitness, discuss your goals, a timeline for success, and provide you a personalized workout routine to get the result you desire. All you have to do is pick the training type and frequency that works best for you.
If you are interested in personal training and want to get started - just let us know. You can:
- Speak with any member of our Wellness Staff on the gym floor
- Inquire at the Front Desk during check-in or before leaving your next visit

- Find ways to speed improvement with Small Group Training and Group Exercise
- Use Small Group Training to motivate and challenge themselves against peers
- Look forward to having someone to support and guide their workouts and performance
