Led by Certified Personal Trainer Hope Varela, this 30-minute weekly session offers workouts tailored to your group’s goals. You'll also receive a FREE InBody scan to track your progress. Whether you have workout buddies in mind or want to drop in solo, Group Strength is for you!

When: Wednesdays, 5:30am–6:00am
Who: Ages 14+

Monthly Cost: $80/member; $120/non-member
Drop-in Rate: $20/session (Non-members must pay additional $10 pass for each session)
