Group Exercise & wellness is a great way to get your heart pumping and a full body workout. Classes are scheduled throughout the day, so picking a class that is convenient and fits your schedule is easy to do. Group Exercise classes are FREE to our members.

WHO WE SERVE
Youth Fitness Training is a program for 10-13 year olds who are interested in keeping their bodies strong and healthy. The class will provide instruction on proper technique for using cardiovascular and strength machines (excludes any free weights). This program will incorporate character development, weight room etiquette, and basic nutrition. There is a minimal fee for this class. Youth ages 10-13 must complete this course in order to use the Wellness Center equipment. In order for a youth to use free weights they must complete the Free Weight Orientation offered after completion of the YFT. This orientation is at no cost.

The 2 hour class session will consist of:
Youth members who have taken previous orientation(s) prior to August 2017, will be grandfathered in until they increase in age and want to utilize different equipment.
Ages 10-13 can setup a 1 hour appointment with a trainer after completion of the Youth Fitness Training.
The second Saturday of every month come and learn how to properly use the Wellness Center equipment, class is required for use in the Wellness Center. Cost $25 member $50 non- member. If you have a family membership this training is 1/2 OFF!
The Y is a volunteer-led, community-owned, 501c3 nonprofit organization, and any income is reinvested to meet local needs.
