Healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, well-being and fitness. At the Y, it's more than just working out. In addition to our physical fitness classes and facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, and offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength.

Whether you are just beginning an exercise program, coming, or just want a low-impact workout, this is the place. We offer many ways for you to start and stick with a program that best meets your needs and helps you accomplish the goals you have. If you like getting moving with a group of friends, our Group Ex classes might be the right fit for you!

Our goal here at the Salina Family YMCA is to motivate and encourage our members to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
