We offer many ways for you to start and stick with a program that best meets your needs and helps you accomplish the goals you have. Our goal here at the Salina Family YMCA is to motivate and encourage our members to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Although we want our participants to feel comfortable in the gym, they still need them to follow our rules and guidelines.
*Profanity and loud and disruptive behavior is not allowed in our YMCA. It will not be tolerated and is disrespectful to all who hear it.
*Not using the equipment for what it is intended for is not allowed.
*Inappropriate foot wear, not letting other members work in and bringing in food and other beverages are not allowed.

Group Exercise & wellness is a great way to get your heart pumping and a full body workout. Classes are scheduled throught the day, so picking a class that is convenient and fits your schedule is easy to do. Group Exercise classes are FREE to our members.
