Small Group Training
Gives you all the training you need to reach your desired fitness goals. Get stronger and healthier with a group of your friends. Come and exercise with privacy in our Sports Performance Training Room.

Cost: $40 member/ $80 non-member
Class size: Maximum of 8 students

BRUNCH CRUNCH
M/W from 10:00 a.m.-10:45 a.m.
Great mid-morning workout to give you energy for the day! Discover the path to the best summer you by working hard in class and doing your coach’s “homework”. Track your success and achieve your summer goals.
Wellness Coach: Hope Varela, Wellness Coordinator
Crossfit Level 1 and kids trainer, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, B.S. in Kinesiology, KSU.

 

SAFE WEIGHT LOSS
M/W from 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
Group focus will be on safe weight loss through specific exercise routines to fire up your metabolism, engage core muscles, incorporate cardio and strength and make it a healthy habit. Nutrition journaling will be an aspect of the class.
Wellness Coach: Christina Grogan, Wellness Trainer
NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM fitness Nutrition Specialist, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist.

 

MORNING MOTIVATION
Thursdays from 7:00 a.m. - 7:45 a.m.
The group will set the tone in this early morning class. Functional movements, traditional strength and conditioning, and sports performance exercises are all in Tyler’s wheelhouse. He will guide you in a safe manner while providing encouragement and motivation to obtain your maximum performance.
Wellness Coach: Tyler Gennet, Wellness Trainer
Crossfit Level 1 Certified Trainer, Mobility/WOD Movement and Mobility Specialist

 

FIT AFTER 40
T/TH from 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
Boost confidence and self esteem by developing appreciation for yourself. Class will involve intervals to spark fuel burning, Pilates for core strength, H2O workouts, and yoga for balance in your life.
