SAFE WEIGHT LOSS

Group focus will be on safe weight loss through specific exercise routines to fire up your metabolism, engage core muscles, incorporate cardio and strength and make it a healthy habit. Nutrition journaling will be an aspect of the class.

The group will set the tone in this early morning class. Functional movements, traditional strength and conditioning, and sports performance exercises are all in Tyler’s wheelhouse. He will guide you in a safe manner while providing encouragement and motivation to obtain your maximum performance.

Boost confidence and self esteem by developing appreciation for yourself. Class will involve intervals to spark fuel burning, Pilates for core strength, H2O workouts, and yoga for balance in your life.
