Group Exercise Holiday Challenge

Staying active is one of the best ways to keep yourself healthy through the Holidays. Movement will lift your spirits, help control binge eating, give you the mental break your body needs and just be fun!


  • BINGO card challenge from Dec. 1-31
  • Pick a card up in the Group Exercise Rooms
  • Have an instructor sign off on each class you take
  • Get your name in a drawing for prizes for each line you cross off, can be diagonal, horizontal or vertical. Boxes for personal challenges such as 100 push-ups - goal is to complete each challenge in 3-4 days but you do what works - have a friend, instructor or trainer initial the box
  • NEW THIS YEAR: Don’t worry about getting a blackout! Fill up as many “rows” as you can on a card then start a new one.
