Sports Performance Training begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of this class is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness program. We seek to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency. After researching all sports and physical tasks, this class offers a collective combination of 10 skills and breeds success in every area of sports and fitness.

This class will be held in the Health & Wellness Center and will use constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to produce the greatest results we can offer.
FEE: $50/4 wk session $100/non-member
This class will closely mimic our adult class with the primary goal of movement efficiency followed by consistency in movement and lastly intensity.
FEE: Member $50 non-member $100
This class will use the goals of fun first and quality of movement and Barbell Club prescription second. Kids will also be introduced to weights in this class once they have demonstrated technical proficiency in their movement.
FEE: Member $45 non-member $90
