Adult Sports

Getting healthy doesn't have to be boring! And using weights or one of the exercise machines on our Wellness floors isn't the only way to exercise. YMCA Adult Sports programs offer Salina Family YMCA members the perfect opportunity to stay fit, get active and have fun all while exploring a new activity.

Are you looking for a way to be social while embracing a healthy, active lifestyle? From football to volleyball, we offer a range of fun, healthy activities for adults of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you miss your days playing intramural sports or just looking for a little friendly competition, our adult team sports allow you to enjoy a sport you've always loved or try a new one. Plus, it's a great place to meet new friends, foster connections and develop bonds that can last a lifetime!

With an emphasis on teamwork and cooperation, the Salina Family YMCA offers recreational and league sports for men and women who want to have fun in the camaraderie of others while getting an excellent workout. At the Y, sports and recreational activities are something special. Friendly competition (even with yourself), lots of variety and a supportive environment means team sports and recreation is fun again, and it makes for a healthier lifestyle and a good story or two. Added benefits of adult sports include stress reduction, better sleep, and increased team building skills.
