Personal Trainers

Whether you would like one-on-one encouragement or have a small group of friends you'd like to work with, our Personal Trainers can design the plan that's right for YOU!

All of our trainers have varied levels of education and hands-on experience. Each one is dedicated to helping you define your goals and create an exercise program that fits your needs. We have several male and female trainers available to you throughout the day*.

$45/hour for one person        $60/hour for group of 2-3

*Each trainer's schedule varies and appointments will be made according to what works for both trainer/client.

Work one-on-one with a trainer. Programs tailored to your personal goals, physical condition and limitations. Extra support and motivation are provided in a safe environment. Training sessions are sold in 1-hour increments. 1-hour sessions may be divided into two 30 min. sessions

YOUR FITNESS YOUR TIME

The Salina Family YMCA Wellness Trainers will set you up on a monthly plan of workouts designed to fit your lifestyle and with your strengths/weakness and wellness objectives in mind. These written routines are for those who cannot always make it to set a time with a trainer at the Y, travel, enjoy reduced cost of a professionally crafted exercise routine, or need the accountability of a planned workout each week.
